What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Paypal, Cash, and Cashapp.
Do you allow payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment plans. The balance must be paid in full 72 hours prior to the event.
Do you have senior and/or military discounts?
We absolutely have discounts 10% for our senior citizens, as well as our military men and women who serve our country!
Is there a down payment?
Yes. There is a 25% nonrefundable downpayment that goes towards the balance.
Does my venue work?
We are able to work within most venues as long as there is:
- Internet access
- 10×10 area of operation within 10ft of power source
- No flights of stairs without elevator access
- A backdrop area in must not be front of a window
Can I change my date?
Yes. You can change the date of the event based on availability.
Do you travel outside of the Omaha area?
Yes. We work within the Lincoln and Council Bluffs areas. Travel fees may occur.
What time do you need to set up?
It has been our experience to set up as early as 2hrs before your event.
